What is collected

To create an account: name, mobile number and — if you wish — an email address. For transport companies: the company’s registration details and the documents you upload yourself.

While you use it: your freight requests, quotes, messages and files. Significant security events such as sign-ins and status changes are also written to the audit log.

Who sees what

The cargo details of a request are visible only to its owner, to an administrator, and to the transport companies invited while it is collecting quotes. Once a quote is selected, the companies that did not win lose access to the cargo details.

A company’s documents are visible only to that company and to an administrator, and are never shown to cargo owners.

No file sits at a public address; every download is checked individually against whether the requester is entitled to it.

Retention and security

Passwords are stored hashed and cannot be recovered under any circumstances. Traffic to the platform runs over HTTPS.

Data is kept while the account is active. Financial records and the activity log are kept even after a record is deleted, to meet legal requirements and to resolve disputes.

Third parties

Your data is never sold or rented to a third party. It is disclosed only where the law requires it, on the request of a competent authority.

Your rights

You can edit your profile at any time. To delete your account, or to receive a copy of your data, ask through the contact page.
